this too me FOREVER! and i only did this because i was reading a manga with a guy holding his tea like that 
Well Here is my OC Vilasith. i dont think ive ever put so much attention to detail heh
So what do you think, i tried a new style of shading and coloring etc.

The coloring is really nice, and I like the clothing design 
However, the ears seem to be on the front and back of his head rather than one on each side, is there a way you could maybe cut them out and move them in photoshop (or whichever program you used to color)?
The perspective of the neck isn't really working either, it looks like it's viewed from the side even though the rest of the person is viewed from above. Try to remove the edge of the neck and just let it look like a cylinder, like the neck is shaped Are you using simple shapes when you draw?
